FOR INDIVIDUALS

Individual Counseling Services are available to children, adolescents and young adults.

We can explore a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, phobias, aggression, stress, sexuality, suicide, self-harming behaviors and various social difficulties.

There can be important life events which you might want to address within a counseling session, for example divorce, marriage, loss of a loved one, difficulties in personal relationships with family and friends, and so forth.

Individual Counseling can also be seen as a way to explore yourself and it is often through such self-exploration that we find who we are and what we want to do with our lives.

It can be further helpful in periods of transition, such as between schools or jobs or even countries.

It is important to emphasize that everyone benefits from Individual Counseling in his or her own way.  It can be as simple as getting to feel understood and accepted unconditionally; or as complex as clawing your way out of a long running depression.  It can also be just about getting to be comfortable with who you are.

The first step is to reach out for help when you need it.
